Monday’s bargaining session was focused on Evaluations (Article 12) and Appointments (Article 6). This was a small, combined session (FT/Grad/Postdoc and PTLs).
At our large bargaining session on Wednesday, we discussed counter proposals on Article 6 (Appointments), 8 (Personnel Files), and 11 (Professional Development).
We had a 2-hour bargaining session on Friday morning, Jan. 27 concerning the counter proposal to our proposed Article 4 on “Fractional Appointments.”

In our August 1 session, we began with a response to management’s counters on Article 5 (“Grievance”) and Article 11 (“Professional Development”); the second half of the bargaining session was dedicated to our presentation on Article 6: “Job Security.”
